At Scrub Roasters Coffee Co., we’re dedicated to fueling healthcare heroes — and that includes getting your order to you quickly, safely, and hassle-free. Below, you’ll find all the details about how we handle shipping, delivery times, and what to expect once your order is placed.
1. Order Processing
All orders placed on scrubroasterscoffeeco.com are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
If we experience a high volume of orders or delays due to inventory or carrier issues, we’ll notify you by email as soon as possible.

We currently offer Standard Shipping across the United States.
- Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days.
- Flat Rate: $3.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.
3. Free Shipping
At this time, Scrub Roasters Coffee Co. does not offer free shipping.
However, we periodically run special promotions and discount codes — stay tuned through our newsletter or Instagram for updates.
4. International Shipping
We currently ship only within the United States.
We’re working to expand internationally soon, so more coffee lovers worldwide can join our mission of supporting healthcare heroes.
5. Delivery Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, please:
- Check your tracking number for real-time updates.
- Confirm your shipping address is correct.
- If your package is still missing, please contact us at scrubroasterscoffeeco@gmail.com, and we’ll assist in the investigation.
Important: Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, Scrub Roasters Coffee Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office if you suspect a delivery issue.
6. Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please email us at scrubroasterscoffeeco@gmail.com before your order has shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to modify the delivery details.
7. Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch, depending on the carrier’s system.
8. Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to:

9. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at scrubroasterscoffeeco@gmail.com with:
- Photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Your order number
We’ll review the case and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
10. Holiday Shipping
During peak seasons (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas), shipping carriers may experience extended delivery times.
We recommend placing holiday orders early to ensure your coffee gifts arrive on time.
