At Scrub Roasters Coffee Co., we take great pride in roasting premium-quality coffee that powers your purpose. Every bag is crafted fresh, sealed with care, and shipped to bring a perfect brew to your day.

However, if something doesn’t go as expected, we’re here to make it right. Please read below to understand how returns and refunds work at Scrub Roasters Coffee Co.

1. All Sales Are Final

Because coffee is a perishable product, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped and delivered.

This ensures that every customer receives only the freshest coffee possible.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at scrubroasterscoffeeco@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product
  • A brief description of the issue

Once we verify the problem, we’ll promptly arrange a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

3. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at scrubroasterscoffeeco@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once your order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged or spoiled
  • You received an incorrect item
  • Your order is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package as “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  1. Please check with neighbors or your local postal carrier.
  2. Contact us at scrubroasterscoffeeco@gmail.com for assistance.

While we’re not responsible for stolen packages, we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout.

If your order is shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout, Scrub Roasters Coffee Co. is not responsible for reshipping or refunding the item.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges due to the perishable nature of coffee.

If you received the wrong item, we’ll gladly send the correct one or issue a refund.

8. Returns of Merchandise (Non-Coffee Items)

If we offer non-coffee items (like mugs, apparel, or accessories), they may be eligible for returns within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

To initiate a return, please email us at scrubroasterscoffeeco@gmail.com before shipping anything back.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
