How fresh is your coffee?
All orders are roasted in small batches upon order and ship directly to your door. Your coffee is typically roasted within 48 hours of shipping to guarantee maximum freshness.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working hard to expand globally so more coffee lovers can join our mission.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are processed and shipped in 2-5 business days with delivery taking up to 1-4 days. You’ll receive tracking details by email. If not, please email scrubroasterscoffeeco@gmail.com.
Do you offer free shipping?
At this time, the shipping cost is within the price of the coffee.
Can I return or exchange my coffee?
Because coffee is perishable, all sales are final. The exception is if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective — in which case we’ll happily replace or refund it.
What if my order is lost or stolen?
If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, check with neighbors or your local postal office. If it’s truly missing, contact us at scrubroasterscoffeeco@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help.
How does your Brewing for a Brighter future fund work?
A portion of every purchase goes directly into a fund to be awarded to a chosen aspiring healthcare student across the U.S. We’ll share updates about recipients on our website and social media.
Can I send Scrub Roasters coffee as a gift?
Absolutely! Just enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout. Many of our customers send our coffee as care packages for nurses, doctors, or students.
Is your coffee ethically sourced?
Yes. Our current partner is Temecula Coffee Roasters in California, who prioritize sustainability and fair practices, ensuring every cup supports both healthcare heroes and responsible farming.
